As we studied the cafeteria of this public authority building, we saw it as a place of social interaction on a "bio-design" theme. The design evokes nature by using screen prints of tall grass and giant pots in the middle of the room to punctuate the eating area. The floor uses a tree trunk design, the space is broken up by luminous bamboos, and the pastel harmony of the whole conveys a sense of well-being and rest.
